Privacy Policy

SoloSafe (“we”, “us”) is a personal vault for storing sensitive information. This policy explains what we collect, how it's stored, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and in plain language.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account, used to sign you in and identify your vault.
• Vault items — the passwords, cards, IDs, notes, files, photos, videos and audio you choose to save. These are encrypted before they are stored and are only shown back to you.
• Security data — your sign-in session and your wrapped vault encryption key, used to keep your account secure and to unlock your vault when you sign in.

How your data is stored

Your vault items are encrypted in your browser before they're written to storage — they're never kept as plain text. The key that decrypts them lives only in your browser's memory during your session and is cleared when the session ends. File and media contents are stored as separate encrypted blobs.

How we use your data

• To provide the vault and keep your items available to you across sign-ins.
• To sign you in securely with your Google account.
• To send essential account emails where needed (e.g. security or account notices).
• To respond to your questions when you contact us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, ever.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your vault contents for any purpose other than showing them back to you.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any item from your vault at any time.
• Sign out other devices from your account.
• Delete your entire account from Settings. We hold a deletion request for 30 days as a grace window — sign back in within that time and the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days, your account and all stored data are permanently removed.

Children

SoloSafe is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

International users

SoloSafe is operated from Pakistan. By using the service, you understand that your data may be processed in Pakistan and in the countries where our hosting and storage providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product grows or as legal requirements change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
