Terms of Service
By creating an account and using SoloSafe, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and in plain language.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account — keep that account secure, as it's how you access your vault.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You can sign in on multiple devices with your Google account, and sign out from any device at any time.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
Acceptable use
- Use SoloSafe only for lawful purposes and only to store data you have the right to keep.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other accounts.
- Do not upload anything that violates intellectual-property rights, depicts illegal content, or that you do not have permission to store.
Your content
Everything you store remains yours. We store it encrypted and only to provide the service back to you. You can edit or delete your items at any time, and you can delete your entire account from Settings.
Storage limits
- Free accounts include 100 MB of total encrypted storage.
- Individual files in the “Files” category may be up to 10 MB each.
- Gallery uploads (photos, videos, audio) may be up to 50 MB each.
- We may adjust limits and introduce paid plans in the future, with reasonable notice.
Account deletion
When you delete your account from Settings, we mark it for deletion and sign you out. You have a 30-day grace window during which signing back in cancels the deletion. After 30 days, your account, vault contents and stored files are permanently removed from our systems.
Availability & access
We work to keep the service available and your data safe. Access to your vault depends on your Google account — if you lose access to that account, you may lose access to your vault. Keep your Google sign-in secure and recoverable.
Service changes
We may update or improve the service over time, including by adding, changing or removing features. We'll give reasonable notice where the change affects how you use the service.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
SoloSafe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, except where the law says we can't exclude that.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use of SoloSafe after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
